    1. Why a voicemail service instead of our own voicemail system?

A voicemail system isn't that cost effective. You can receive the same benefits from our service, without hurting your pocket.
    2. Are your Voice Mail Service rates competitive?

Our rates are extremely competitive, we do not charge for minute usage.
    3. What file type can I use for my voice mail greeting?

You can use WAV and MP3 file types for your greetings.
    4. How can I get my voice mail messages in my email?

Step 1: Log on to your account
Step 2: Click on Voice Mails tab
Step 3: Click on Voice Mail Settings
Step 4: Type your email address in the first box
Step 5: Click on Apply Changes
    5. What information do i need from my IMAP email provider to be able to set up Voice mail to Imap Email Delivery?

You need your IMAP username, password and incoming server.
    6. What is the difference between a real audio (.ra) and a wave file (.wav)?

Real Audio files are more compressed and smaller in size than wave files, although both are standard, popular sound file formats. QuickVOICEMAIL uses the .wav format because it could be played from standard audio players.
    7. I am trying to open a voice message, but the wrong program is launching when I click on a voice message attachment to open the message and listen to it.

Try choosing the save option instead of the open option when you click on the file attachment. This will save the file to your computer's hard drive instead of opening it directly. Open up your audio player software separately and then open the voice message from within the audio player software by selecting "Open" from the File menu in the audio player program.
    8. My voice message arrived with no attachment.

If a voice message arrives with no attached file to open, make sure you don't have any filters or blocks on incoming attachments, or that your IMAP email provider does not automatically quarantine all incoming attachments to check for viruses. Then, try re-sending the message from your QuickVOICEMAIL interface. If the attachment still does not appear with the email, please contact QuickVOICEMAIL Customer Support.
    9. How do I open and listen to voice messages on my computer?

Voice messages will arrive at your IMAP email address as an email message with an attached file. The attached file is your voice message in .wav format. Most users can just double click on the attachment to open it, which should open your voice message up using an audio player program you have installed on your computer.
    10. What software program do I use to listen to voice messages on my computer and where can I download it?

We recommend Windows Media Player for the Windows platform and Apple Quick Time for Mac platforms. These two players play .wav files and are very user-friendly.
    11. How do i retrieve my voice mail messages over the phone?

Step 1: Call your QuickVOICEMAIL Number
Step 2: Press * before the greeting ends
Step 3: Enter your QuickVOICEMAIL Password then #
Step 4: Follow the voice prompt to retrieve your voice mail messages
    12. Questions or Problems Using Third-Party Audio Player Software

If you are having problems using an audio player software product to listen to your messages, we recommend that you contact the vendor of the program you are having problems with.
    13. How do I know when I have new voice mail messages?

VOICEMAIL will notify you of new voice mail messages through email. You can also set up your phone/pager to receive these email alerts.
