Please note: All the options described below will be available once you are migrated to Onebox.

How do I log into my account?

After migration, you will receive a Onebox Welcome Email with your new username as well as instructions on how to log in. *Your password will remain the same.

If you do not receive your Onebox Welcome Email with your new username, please call Customer support at 888-230-7001.

Can I log in with my user identification number?
Once your account is migrated, your user identification number will no longer be valid.

Once I have my new username, how do I log into my account over the telephone?
Call your number, enter the phone number you want to log into, press *, enter your password, then press #.

How do I access my account functions over the telephone?
Log in as described above. Here is your new Onebox Telephone System Menu.

Will my Account Greeting be turned on after migration?
Yes, your Account Greeting will continue to play when callers call your phone number.

Do I need to assign my sound files after migration?
No, your current sound file settings will be automatically assigned.
